Description

The loveliest girls - it is through NO fault of their own that we are seeking a new home for them.
We are absolutely heartbroken to have come to the decision that we need to re-home our two beautiful Frenchie girls. They are sisters and are 6 months old - and have been with us since May. They are mostly house trained, enjoy a nice long walk (although they are happy if you need to miss a walk one day) as long as they have a cuddle they are happy! They are incredibly loving and kind. They are well socialised with children + other dogs and would be happy with either in their new home.
The reason we are re-homing them is to do with our working circumstances undergoing a huge change which means that going forward we will not have the same time to give them all the attention and love that they deserve. We don’t feel it is fair to deny them both a chance at a loving home that has the time to give them the best life possible, as we will now be out of the house quite a bit. Although selfishly we would love to keep them, we both know in our hearts that this is the best choice for the long term well-being of the dogs and would rather do this now and minimise the impact on our gorgeous frenchie girls.
They are fed three times a day, currently on a mixture of grain free kibble and tinned wet food. They love tummy rubs, cheese and the occasional piece of watermelon! They also love each other, so much. Having them both has been great as it means they can keep each other company and it means they are happy to be left alone at home for longer periods of time too.
They are KC registered, chipped, fully up to date on their flea + worming treatments. They are also used to being around children as we have a toddler at home and 9/10 times will leave children’s toys alone when told to do so.
They are crate trained although sleep equally well in a dog bed where they can cosy up together. They are obedient, will not take food unless it is on the floor or given to them and are generally very well mannered and behaved.
We really do not want to separate the girls, so ideally please enquire if you would be happy to take both on. They are honestly easier than having one (in our opinion) as they keep each other happy and provide great company when we are out of the house. In an ideal world, we are looking for a loving home that has enough love for both of them to stay together.
They are 6 months old and have not been spayed as they've not had their first season yet so could be bred if you chose to do so.
Any questions please ask.

Before you adopt
- Think long termMany pets live for well over a decade: think about costs, moves, children and holidays.
- Meet the petMeet at least once, ideally twice, and see how they respond to you and your household.
- Ask about health and behaviourKnown conditions, medication, training and history: good rehomers will be open.
- Understand the processAsk how the rescue or owner rehomes: enquiry, meeting, home check where applicable, agreement.
- Allow time to settleMost pets take days to weeks to settle. Plan a calm first fortnight.
- Don't rushA good rehomer wants the right home, not the fastest one. Never send money before you have met the pet.
