Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog Overview

The Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog breed is an exaggerated bulldog and well developed with a large head and characteristic drop ears. The noticeable muzzle is covered by loose upper lips and the prominent eyes are positioned well apart. This breeds jacket is relatively stiff and quite fair. The general colors are brown merle, blue merle or red merle all trimmed in white or chocolate and white. Also preferred are the glass eyes (blue) or marble eyes. The Alpaha's body structure is sturdy and quite muscular, their hips are narrower then their chest. Their back is quite straight and long and the dog is high at the shoulders and the ears and tail are never shortened or docked. This breeds dewclaws are never removed and the feet are a bit cat like.
