Springer Spaniels make excellent pets as they are extremely loyal, friendly, energetic and bright but buying a puppy can be daunting: how do you know they will fit into your home or lifestyle, how do you know they will turn out to be the fabulous dog of your dreams?

Well, we understand that fully and have developed some practices to help you get all the information you need, about us and the pups. You can even see how the previous pups turned out as we all keep in touch and meet up. We want to make the process of choosing and owning one of these amazing dogs as easy as possible.

Initial zoom chat. Is this the right dog for you and are we the breeders you are looking for? We will meet you by zoom to see if an English Springer is right for your circumstances. They are extremely energetic and enthusiastic dogs and need proper outdoor exercise and play. A large park, or woodland is ideal, and the time and energy yourself to spend out there. You can ask any questions about how they are being raised, about Frida and her previous litter's health, anything that helps you do your research.

Ongoing viewings. In person as well as over zoom. We want you to feel part of their growing up in these first weeks of their lives and are eager to answer any questions.

Sibling owners support group. We host a whatsapp group for each litter where you and the owners of the siblings can ask questions and get answers from each other and from us. You will never feel left alone with a puppy with a problem you are not sure how to solve, from feeding to training to exercise. We meet up each year with as many of the group that can make it to see how all of the dogs are getting on. These are fun events and it is wonderful how these dogs reunite and play.

Handover support pack. We have a "first few weeks" guide that you take away with you. We include a week of the same food, an unwashed blanket for comfort, free pet insurance for four weeks, and of course a fully vet tested, microchipped and wormed puppy.
