Description
Provided by the seller
My beautiful pup possesses boundless potential and simply needs someone who can provide the guidance and training he deserves. I have had Fela since he was 8weeks old and he has been nothing but a joy to me. Unfortunately, recently with age he has shown serious food aggression, resource and people guarding. He hasn't been neutered, this may play a part in the aggression. I have tried to do some training but as I have young kids it is no longer a safe environment to healthily raise a dog and my kids at the same time.
He cannot go to a home with kids unfortunately. He needs to be fully trained.
Fela has endearing qualities that make him a truly remarkable companion. He just needs time love and strict training.
I am looking for a loving individual who has the time to look after Fela, love him and give him the training he needs. I also do not want to lose contact with him as I have such a strong connection with him so I would love to still remain in his life ie take him on walks whenever you can't or be a dog sitter if you ever need it. I just know he deserves so much more than I can give right now. I know with the right training and patience, his aggression can be improved.
What you can expect from Fela - Unconditional love and loyalty - Intelligence and eagerness to learn new tricks - A lifelong partner who will be devoted to your family
If you believe you have the love, patience, and commitment to help Fela become the best version of himself, please reach out to me

Before you adopt
- Think long termMany pets live for well over a decade: think about costs, moves, children and holidays.
- Meet the petMeet at least once, ideally twice, and see how they respond to you and your household.
- Ask about health and behaviourKnown conditions, medication, training and history: good rehomers will be open.
- Understand the processAsk how the rescue or owner rehomes: enquiry, meeting, home check where applicable, agreement.
- Allow time to settleMost pets take days to weeks to settle. Plan a calm first fortnight.
- Don't rushA good rehomer wants the right home, not the fastest one. Never send money before you have met the pet.
