The Shelter is staffed by a very dedicated team of volunteers and relies completely on donations and fund raising. Every penny that is raised is spent directly on the welfare of the animals in our care. All animals in the care of Lost Cats Brighton are fully vaccinated, and health checked by a vet, preventative treatments for fleas and worms are given and all cats are micro-chipped. Cats are spayed/neutered prior to rehoming provided they are old enough.
Lost Cats Brighton operates a Strict No Kill Policy and will never put a health cat to sleep.
Since the founding of the shelter until now we have rescued, rehomed and rehomed on average 200 cats and kittens per year.
