Rescuing and re-homing cats and kittens from.PL 15/16/32/33/34/35/29/27/31/30/ and part EX 22/23. Helping with the cost of neutering cats/kittens belonging to people on low incomes. Encouraging neutering at an earlier age i.e. 4/5 months.
