Battersea Dogs & Cats Home rescues and rehomes lost, abandoned and unwanted dogs and cats and has been since 1860. The charity has three centres - south London, Brands Hatch in Kent and Old Windsor in Berkshire. Across its three centres and in foster homes, Battersea has an average of 400 dogs and 190 cats in its care at any one time.
