An initial viewing can be done via a variety of social media tools and apps. Mypetzilla recommends building the relationship with the seller over the phone in the mean-time and keeping track of the progress of the pet in question. When there is further clarity on the current restrictions regarding Covid-19 then a face-to-face viewing can be arranged.
Furrytails Hamster Rescue has now been full since December so I am now looking for one or two foster carers to join the team! What we do: We take in unwanted or neglected hamsters and sometimes other rodents to give them the care and rehabilitation they need to be re-homed. Some hamsters with health or behaviour problems will live out their days here at the rescue as permanent residents. What you will need: A kind and caring personality and a quiet, loving home to take in one or two hamsters temporarily in foster care. You will also need to be willing to cover costs of the hamster when needed when donations are low. This will include possible vet fees, bedding and food. It would be beneficial to have experience of owning hamsters but not essential. We can supply cages along with enough food and bedding to get you started. Please get in touch if you are interested or would like more information. Lizzie, manager xx
